Jared earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming and brings more than 22 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. He works with youth ages 11–18, young adults, and adults, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
Jared takes a strength-based, solution-focused approach to therapy, helping clients recognize their resilience while developing practical skills to overcome obstacles and create meaningful change. He incorporates Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) into his work and is also trained in Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy (IRRT) for PTSD, allowing him to effectively support individuals recovering from trauma.
In addition to treating PTSD and trauma-related concerns, Jared has extensive experience helping clients manage depression, anxiety, and addiction. He is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
